Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Identify training and development needs through Training Needs Assessment (TNA), performance reviews, and consultation with department heads.
2. Design, coordinate, and evaluate internal and external training programs.
Maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS) and training records.
3. Monitor and assess training effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Support in implementing competency frameworks, career development paths, and succession planning.
4. Take ownership of employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, recognition programs, and cultural events.
5. Assist in the development and publication of the company’s in-house newsletter, including content creation, employee highlights, and layout coordination.
6. Prepare and present L&D-related MIS reports and dashboards.
7. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure L&D and engagement strategies align with organizational goals.
