Job Description:

The position supports the design, coordination, and implementation of training programs to develop workforce capabilities at Amigo Bangladesh Limited. The role assists in identifying training needs, organizing sessions, and maintaining learning records to align with company objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify training and development needs through TNA (Training Needs Assessment), performance appraisals, and department consultations.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate internal and external training programs.
  • Maintain and update Learning Management System (LMS) and training documentation.
  • Track and assess training outcomes and recommend necessary improvements.
  • Support initiatives like competency frameworks, career pathing, and succession planning.
  • Organize employee engagement activities including team-building, recognition programs, and cultural events.
  • Assist with content creation, editing, and publishing of the in-house newsletter.
  • Prepare L&D dashboards and MIS reports.
  • Collaborate across departments to align L&D strategies with company goals.

Academic Qualifications:
