Job Description:

Liberty Chemicals Industries Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Officer to manage daily financial transactions, maintain accurate accounting records, support financial reporting, and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain day-to-day financial transactions and records.
  • Prepare vouchers, invoices, and bank reconciliations.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Coordinate with auditors and support internal and external audits.
  • Manage petty cash and expense tracking.
  • Assist in budgeting and cost control processes.
  • Maintain inventory and fixed asset registers where applicable.
  • Perform other finance-related tasks assigned by management.

Academic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
  • Concentration/Major: Accounting/Finance/Management
Professional Certifications:
