Liberty Chemicals Industries Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Officer to manage daily financial transactions, maintain accurate accounting records, support financial reporting, and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day financial transactions and records.
- Prepare vouchers, invoices, and bank reconciliations.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with accounting standards.
- Coordinate with auditors and support internal and external audits.
- Manage petty cash and expense tracking.
- Assist in budgeting and cost control processes.
- Maintain inventory and fixed asset registers where applicable.
- Perform other finance-related tasks assigned by management.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
- Concentration/Major: Accounting/Finance/Management
