Job Description:

A Well Reputed Foreign Based Multinational is looking for the suitable candidate of Executive / Sr. Executive for HR Department (Core HR).

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.

• Coordinate and conduct onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.

• Maintain and update recruitment databases and job descriptions.

• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances.

• Assist in maintaining a positive work environment and resolving workplace issues.

• Ensure proper communication of HR policies and procedures.

• Support the annual performance appraisal process.

• Work with managers to identify employee development needs.

• Coordinate training programs and workshops for employee skill enhancement.

• Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness.

• Coordinate with the finance/payroll team for accurate and timely salary processing.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.

• Update HR policies as per regulatory changes and company requirements.

• Maintain and safeguard employee records and documents.

• Organize employee engagement programs, events, and welfare activities.

• Conduct employee surveys and feedback sessions.


Academic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Concentration/Major: Any discipline
