We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Executive – HR & Admin to join our team at a well-reputed group of companies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing core HR functions and administrative operations to support business objectives. This position requires a proactive individual with strong interpersonal skills, capable of handling employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and day-to-day administrative activities in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily HR & Admin related activities.
- Maintain documentation and assist with audits as needed.
- Maintain end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are up to date.
- Ensure onboarding and induction of new hires.
- Maintain payroll processing and leave records.
- Ensure office administration activities.
- Ensure performance management processes and appraisals.
- Handle floor issues related to admin services and escalate when necessary.
- To Ensure & counsel office staff Health, Safety & hygiene issues.
- Monitoring security activities as placement and working hour of security staff, arrangement of equipment, duty roster implementation and all-time alertness.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Management.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Concentration/Major: BBA / MBA in Management/Human Resource Management
Professional Certifications:
- PGD in Human Resource Management will get advantage
