Job Description:

Are you an organized and proactive leader with a passion for creating efficient work environments? A leading construction and engineering solutions provider is looking for a dynamic Asst. Manager – HR & Admin to oversee and streamline our administrative operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Lead, manage, and supervise all administrative functions of the company

* Ensure smooth daily operations, including office facilities, logistics, procurement, and asset management

* Develop and implement company policies and procedures aligned with compliance and safety standards

* Oversee administrative budgeting, cost control, and vendor negotiations

* Coordinate with internal departments and support HR, legal, and IT requirements

* Manage documentation, record keeping, office supplies, and inventory efficiently

* Supervise the support staff and monitor maintenance, cleanliness, and security

* Organize company events, meetings, and travel logistics

* Liaise with government/regulatory authorities where needed
