Job Description:

"EZY HUB LTD" is a growing BPO Company is looking for a competent and dynamic HR and Admin professional to coordinate and process HR and Administrative operations of its Dhaka Office.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1.  Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate screening, handling the interview process, conducting reference checks etc.
  2.  Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new employees into the organization.
  3. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and company standards.
  4.  Provide support to employees on HR-related inquiries, issues, and concerns, and escalate complex matters as needed.
  5.  Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and enrollment processes.
  6.  Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR Sheets and personnel files.
  7.  Assist in the performance management process by tracking employee performance evaluations, facilitating performance discussions, and supporting employees in setting performance goals.
  8.  Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, including organizing team-building activities, recognition programs, and employee events.
  9.  Any other relevant works as assigned by the authority


Academic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Concentration/Major: HRM
Others Requirements:
  1. Age: 25 - 40 years

  4. Area of Expertise: HR Skills & Competencies
  5. Additional Requirements:

    The applicants should have experience in the BPO Industry.

    Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations and best practices.

    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.

    High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

    Proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
