Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Communicate with Customers and meet their queries through messages, calls and/or live chat by providing professional beauty advice.

2. Manage inbound/outbound calls ensuring customer satisfaction.

3. Empathetically resolve all incoming problems in a timely manner.

4. Promptly and politely respond to the stakeholder's inquiries and requests for support.

5. Maintain necessary customer records for weekly/monthly reporting.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
