Lead and drive real estate sales activities to achieve business targets. Develop sales strategies, manage and motivate the sales team, build strong relationships with clients, and ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Ensure achievement of committed sales targets and revenue goals in alignment with the company’s business strategy.
- Oversee lead generation, prospect categorization, and lead distribution among team members to maximize conversion rates.
- Coordinate with the CRM team to ensure timely customer payment collection and accurate documentation.
- Train, mentor, and develop sales team members through on-the-job coaching and structured training programs.
- Monitor team performance against KPIs, provide constructive feedback, and implement performance improvement initiatives.
- Maintain and manage all sales-related records, agreements, declarations, and documentation.
- Assist customers with land-related documentation and compliance requirements for loan processing.
- Prepare, analyze, and submit sales performance reports and other required MIS reports to management.
- Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt response to customer inquiries and effective resolution of issues.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
