Simba Fashions Ltd. is seeking a skilled and experienced Assistant Manager – Cutting to oversee cutting operations, ensure accurate fabric cutting as per production requirements, maintain quality standards, and coordinate efficiently with the production and related departments.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Manage overall cutting operations to achieve planned output with optimum efficiency.
2. Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of Auto Cutter and related cutting equipment.
3. Plan, organize, and monitor cutting plans based on production targets.
4. Ensure accurate marker planning to minimize fabric wastage.
5. Ensure quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery of cut panels to the sewing line.
6. Work closely with IE, Production, and Quality teams for continuous process improvement.
7. Develop and lead a motivated cutting team to achieve departmental goals.
8. Monitor fabric relaxation, spreading, and cutting parameters to maintain consistency and reduce defects.
9. Maintain cutting-related documentation, production records, and daily output reports.
10. Ensure compliance with company safety, quality, and workplace policies within the cutting section.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Concentration/Major: HSC/Graduate in any discipline
