Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the annual L&D and OD strategy, training calendar, and capability-building initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA), competency gap analyses, and develop learning interventions for all employee levels.
  • Design and deliver technical, behavioral, leadership, and functional development programs across factory and corporate functions.
  • Lead organizational development initiatives, including organization design, workforce planning, change management, and culture transformation.
  • Develop and implement talent management, succession planning, and leadership development programs to build future talent pipelines.
  • Drive the Performance Management System (PMS), including goal setting, performance reviews, competency assessments, and development planning.
  • Lead employee engagement and continuous learning initiatives to enhance organizational culture and employee experience.
  • Develop and maintain training policies, SOPs, budgets, records, and management dashboards while monitoring key L&D and OD metrics.
  • Partner with business leaders and external stakeholders to identify capability needs and deliver effective development solutions.
  • Provide strategic guidance to management on talent development, organizational effectiveness, and sustainable people growth initiatives.

Academic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
  • Concentration/Major: BBA/MBA in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or Related Field
