Responsible for managing and supervising cutting operations to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely production. The role will oversee cutting planning, marker efficiency, fabric utilization, quality control, manpower, and coordination with production and merchandising teams to meet production targets and minimize fabric wastage.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and implement daily/weekly/monthly cutting pans according to the production plan.
• Ensure cutting targets achieve within the require time.
• Monitor cutting capacity, manpower and machine utilization
• Monitor hourly and daily cutting output, improve cutting efficiency & productivity, Reduce re-cutting, rejection and unnecessary fabric consumption.
• Ensure correct marker preparation according to approve patterns and production requirements & improve marker efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, buyer requirements and applicable safety standards.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
