We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced Assistant Manager – IE & Planning to lead Industrial Engineering and Production Planning activities in our footwear manufacturing operation. The incumbent will be responsible for capacity planning, line balancing, productivity improvement, production monitoring, and ensuring on-time shipment through effective coordination with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, leadership capability, and hands-on experience in footwear manufacturing processes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Lead IE & Planning activities to achieve production targets and on-time shipment.
2. Conduct SMV calculation, time & motion study, line balancing, and productivity analysis.
3. Prepare capacity plans, production plans, and delivery schedules.
4. Monitor production efficiency and identify bottlenecks for continuous improvement.
5. Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, Quality, and HR departments.
6. Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and resources.
7. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production and efficiency reports.

Academic Qualifications:

• Master of Commerce (Mcom)
