A well-reputed and fast-growing group of companies is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the position of Assistant Manager/Manager – HR & Admin. The role is responsible for overseeing the overall Human Resources and Administrative functions of the organization, ensuring smooth operations, compliance with company policies, and alignment with strategic business goals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, and employee separation processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals and local labor laws.
- Manage talent acquisition, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
- Ensure proper performance management system (KPIs, appraisals, feedback) is in place and effectively executed.
- Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions in a fair and professional manner.
- Plan and execute training & development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
- Maintain and update HRIS/database, employee records, and documentation accurately.
- Supervise administrative functions such as office management, facilities, security, transport, and vendor management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and benefits administration.
- Oversee office logistics and procurement of supplies and services.
- Coordinate with different departments to support overall organizational effectiveness.
- Prepare and present HR & Admin reports to management as required.
- Drive employee engagement activities and promote a positive workplace culture.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Concentration/Major: Bachelor’s / Master’s in HRM, BBA, or relevant field
