Newrgy Apparel Ltd. are seeking a responsible and compassionate Assistant Medical / Nurse to provide basic healthcare services, first aid, and medical support to employees. The role ensures workplace health and safety by assisting in medical treatment, maintaining health records, and supporting compliance with company and labor health regulations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Provide first aid and basic medical treatment to employees as needed.
2. Assist the factory doctor/medical officer in daily medical activities.
3. Maintain medical records, treatment logs, and medicine stock.
4. Monitor employee health conditions and refer serious cases to hospitals when required.
5. Ensure cleanliness and proper management of the medical room.
6. Support workplace health, safety, and hygiene practices.
7. Assist in health awareness programs and emergency response activities.
8. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company health policies.

Academic Qualifications:

• Diploma in Nursing
• Concentration/Major: 04 years Diploma Or Mats &BMDC Registered
