Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design and develop CNC molding machine programs, molds, tooling, jigs, and fixtures for lingerie and intimate apparel products.
- Develop technical designs for molded bra cups, foam cups, padding, and other molded components according to product specifications.
- Prepare and modify 2D/3D CAD drawings and technical designs based on customer requirements, product specifications, and approved samples.
- Convert product specifications and technical requirements into suitable CNC machine programs and molding solutions.
- Set and optimize CNC molding parameters such as temperature, pressure, time, speed, position, and cycle settings.
- Conduct mold and tooling trials and make necessary design modifications to achieve required shape, size, thickness, symmetry, and appearance.
- Analyze production and quality issues related to molds, tooling, machine programming, and molding processes and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with the Technical, Production, Quality, IE, and Maintenance teams during new style development, sample approval, and bulk production.
- Review and improve existing mold designs to reduce defects, material wastage, machine downtime, and production cycle time.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of mold dimensions according to approved technical specifications and product requirements.
- Support new product/style development, sample making, first-piece approval, and production launch.
- Maintain proper documentation of CNC programs, mold designs, technical drawings, specifications, revisions, and trial results.
- Ensure proper version control and safe storage of CNC programs and design files.
- Troubleshoot technical problems related to CNC molding machines, molds, tooling, and programming.
- Work with Maintenance and Engineering teams to identify technical problems and support machine/mold improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, quality standards, safety requirements, 6S, and customer requirements.
- Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, productivity improvement, and cost reduction.
- Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to CNC operators and junior technical team members.
- Prepare technical reports and communicate major technical issues and improvement actions to management.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc)
- Concentration/Major: Diploma/Bachelor`s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Textile Engineering, or a relevant technical discipline.

- Knowledge of CNC programming and machine parameter setting.
- Good understanding of temperature, pressure, cycle time, material behavior, and molding process controls.
- Knowledge of dimensional measurement and product quality requirements.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving capability.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and technical documentation.
