Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Plan, coordinate, and manage clinical placements for nursing students in affiliated hospitals and healthcare institutions.
2. Liaise with hospital authorities, clinical supervisors, and faculty to ensure proper supervision and learning outcomes.
3. Prepare and maintain clinical rotation schedules, duty rosters, and placement documentation.
4. Coordinate internal practical sessions, skill lab activities, and clinical demonstrations as per curriculum requirements.
5. Monitor students’ attendance, discipline, performance and clinical logbooks during placements.
6. Ensure compliance with BNMC, affiliating university and institutional guidelines related to clinical practice.
7. Support faculty members in organizing assessments, practical examinations and evaluations related to clinical training.
8. Address student and clinical site concerns related to placements in a professional and timely manner.
9. Maintain proper records, reports and correspondence related to clinical practice and placements.
10. Assist management in improving clinical partnerships and identifying new placement opportunities.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Concentration/Major: BSc in Nursing or Related Field

4. Area of Expertise: Excellent clinical skills, Clinical Nursing
5. Additional Requirements:
   • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in clinical nursing education, hospital coordination or academic administration (preferred).
   • Strong communication and coordination skills for working with hospitals, faculty and students.
   • Sound knowledge of nursing curriculum, clinical requirements and regulatory standards.
   • Proficiency in MS Office and basic report preparation.
   • High sense of responsibility, discipline and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
   • Prior experience in a nursing college or medical education institution will be an added advantage.
