Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead pre-production planning.
• Lead QCO cross-functional team.
• Lead sampling activities.
• Drive process, method and system re-engineering initiatives.
• Manpower planning in advance. Implement skill development initiatives.
• Perform advanced data analysis.
• Perform project analysis, execution and control.
• Prepare KPI presentation.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Concentration/Major: BSc in textile/IPE
