We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the role of Deputy Manager/Manager – Finance and Operations at a well-reputed organization in the Ready-Made Garments (RMG) sector. The role offers an opportunity to oversee financial management, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing financial performance, ensuring compliance, and driving operational excellence to support the company’s growth objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
2. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
3. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, taxation, and audit requirements.
4. Monitor costs, margins, and operational expenses, recommending measures to optimize profitability.
5. Coordinate with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions.
6. Supervise production, supply chain, and operational processes to ensure efficiency and timely delivery.
7. Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and performance metrics.
8. Identify areas for process improvement, cost reduction, and enhanced productivity.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow between production, procurement, and finance.
10. Assist senior management in strategic decision-making and business planning.
11. Provide insights and recommendations to improve business performance.
12. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of finance and operations professionals.
13. Monitor key financial and operational KPIs and present actionable insights to management.
14. Support business expansion and investment planning through financial modeling and analysis.

Academic Qualifications:

• Master of Commerce (Mcom)
• Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration
