Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accessories store operations and ensure uninterrupted supply to production.
- Receive and verify all accessories against Purchase Order (PO), Challan, GRN, and approved requisition.
- Check quantity, specification, size, color, quality, and buyer requirements of incoming accessories.
- Handle denim garment accessories such as buttons, rivets, zippers, labels, hangtags, threads, patches, polybags, cartons, tapes, stickers, elastics, drawcords, and packing materials.
- Ensure proper item-wise, style-wise, color-wise, size-wise, and lot-wise storage.
- Maintain proper bin/location identification and FIFO/FEFO where applicable.
- Ensure accessories are properly protected from moisture, dust, damage, mixing, and unauthorized use.
- Issue accessories to production against approved Material Requisition/Store Requisition.
- Maintain accurate records of receiving, issue, return, transfer, and balance stock.
- Ensure daily physical stock matches the ERP/Oracle system balance.
- Conduct regular physical inventory and cycle counting and investigate discrepancies.
- Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and highlight shortage, excess, slow-moving, and non-moving items.
- Prepare accessories availability reports according to style, order, buyer, and production requirement.
- Coordinate with Planning, Merchandising, Production, Quality, Procurement, and Accounts for accessories requirements and shortages.
- Follow up on pending accessories and inform management about potential production delays.
- Ensure correct accessories are issued according to the approved BOM and production requirements.
- Control leftover, rejected, damaged, and excess accessories and maintain proper records.
- Ensure proper return and reconciliation of unused accessories after order completion.
- Maintain proper documentation for buyer/customer-required accessories and traceability.
- Support internal, external, and buyer audits by providing required stock records and supporting documents.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, inventory controls, and applicable buyer requirements.
- Supervise Store Officers, Assistants, and Store Helpers and ensure proper work allocation.
- Monitor store housekeeping, safety, security, and 5S activities.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory and accessories status reports for management.
- Identify process gaps and implement measures to improve inventory accuracy, space utilization, and accessories control.
- Ensure no production interruption occurs due to accessories shortage or incorrect issuance.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
- Concentration/Major: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Store, Inventory, or Supply Chain Management in the RMG/100% Denim industry.
- Strong knowledge of Garments Accessories and Store Management.
- Good understanding of BOM, Material Requisition, PO, GRN, and stock reconciliation.
- Proficiency in ERP/Oracle and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong skills in inventory control, documentation, and reporting.
- Good knowledge of FIFO/FEFO, 5S, and warehouse safety practices.
- Ability to identify and control shortage, excess, damaged, slow-moving, and non-moving accessories.
- Strong coordination skills with Merchandising, Planning, Production, Procurement, Quality, and Accounts.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team-management skills.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in a factory environment and flexible working hours when required.
- Must be fluent in English (Reading, writing, and speaking).
