The Executive II – Group Procurement will support procurement operations at the head office, focusing on sourcing and purchasing technical and operational equipment. Key responsibilities include assisting with or managing procurement of vehicles and vehicle spare parts, generators and related components (including lubricants), as well as UPS, IPS, and battery systems. The role also involves handling procurement for embroidery machines and office furniture. The incumbent will ensure timely sourcing, vendor coordination, and compliance with company policies, along with performing any additional tasks assigned by management.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Will Assist/be responsible for vehicle & vehicle spare parts procurement-related jobs.
2. Will Assist/be responsible for Generator & Generator Spare Parts, lubricant Procurement-related jobs.
3. Will Assist/be responsible for UPS, IPS, Battery procurement-related jobs.
4. Will Assist/be responsible for Embroidery machine and furniture procurement-related jobs.
5. Any other tasks as & when assigned by management.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Concentration/Major: BSc. Engineering Mechanical/Electrical and Electronic or Diploma Engineering in Power/Automobile/Mechanical Engineering from any Public Polytechnic Institute.
