We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive – Production Planning & Control (Central Planning) for a reputed Jacket & Outerwear manufacturing company. The incumbent will be responsible for production planning, capacity booking, line loading, shipment follow-up, and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and smooth production flow.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and maintain production plans based on order confirmation and shipment priorities.
2. Monitor factory capacity, line allocation, and loading plans for jacket & outerwear production.
3. Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, IE, Quality, and Commercial teams to ensure smooth execution of orders.
4. Follow up daily production status, identify gaps, and take corrective actions to meet shipment deadlines.
5. Prepare T&A calendars, production trackers, WIP reports, and shipment status reports.
6. Analyze production data and support management with planning-related reports and updates.
7. Ensure optimum utilization of manpower and production capacity.
8. Monitor input vs output and maintain proper coordination for cutting, sewing, and finishing plans.
9. Support management in achieving on-time shipment and operational efficiency.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Concentration/Major: Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Eng & Production / Related Field

5. Additional Requirements:
   • Experience in Jacket or Outerwear manufacturing will be highly preferred.
   • Strong analytical and planning skills.
   • Good knowledge of production flow and capacity planning.
   • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
   • Good communication and coordination skills.
   • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
