We are looking for an Executive/Sr. Executive – Human Resource for Labaid Cancer Hospital, a sister concern of Labaid Group, to support HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, training, and compliance, ensuring smooth HR functions in a healthcare environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including attendance, leave management, employee records, and documentation using HRIS
- Support recruitment, onboarding, induction, and documentation for clinical and non-clinical staff
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary processes, and employee relations activities
- Coordinate duty rosters, shift schedules, and attendance monitoring
- Assist in payroll input preparation, overtime validation, leave adjustments, and final settlement documentation
- Maintain personnel files in compliance with Bangladesh Labour Act and hospital policies
- Generate HR reports, dashboards, and MIS from HRIS
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, internal policies, and accreditation standards (JCI, LEED, and regulatory requirements)
- Promote a positive, ethical, and patient-centric workplace culture
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
- Concentration/Major: Graduation/ Master's in any discipline
