Debonair Group is seeking a dedicated Executive/Sr. Executive – Welfare & Compliance to support employee well-being and ensure compliance with labor laws, buyer codes of conduct, and social standards across its production units.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure workers’ welfare and maintain a healthy workplace environment
- Handle workers’ issues and grievances promptly and effectively
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Maintain attendance, leave, and welfare-related records accurately
- Coordinate welfare facilities (medical, canteen, childcare, etc.)
Academic Qualifications:
- Master of Arts (MA)
- Concentration/Major: preferably in Social Science, Labor Law, or related field
Others Requirements:
- Age: 25 - 40 years
