The Executive, Store will be responsible for managing Greige fabrics inventory and store operations. Key duties include maintaining accurate records and reports of Greige fabrics in the ERP system, ensuring proper stock control, and supporting efficient store management. The role requires strong computer proficiency, excellent organizational and management capability, and effective communication skills, along with a high level of dedication to ensure smooth operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Maintain accurate records of Greige fabrics stock and transactions in the ERP system
2. Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports
3. Ensure proper storage, handling, and organization of Greige fabrics
4. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with relevant departments for replenishment
5. Verify incoming and outgoing materials to ensure accuracy and quality
6. Maintain proper documentation for all store activities
7. Coordinate with production, procurement, and other teams as required
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and store management procedures
9. Perform data entry and maintain up-to-date records with high accuracy
10. Support audits and inventory checks when required
11. Carry out any additional tasks assigned by management

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
