Neptune Style Limited, a growing apparel and fashion company, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented General Manager to lead its Marketing and Merchandising operations. The role involves developing marketing strategies, managing buyer relationships, overseeing merchandising activities, driving business growth, ensuring order execution, and coordinating with production and other departments to achieve organizational goals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. We are looking General Manager – Marketing & Merchandising for Knit Oriented Garments.
2. Candidate should be responsible for Marketing & Merchandising Section.
3. Very Strong Knowledge on costing, price negotiation, sourcing of fabrics, accessories & any other material local & import.
4. Candidate should be capable to establish new reputed buyer.
5. Maintain various documents (buyer wise, style wise, order wise).
6. Regular monitoring of the production lines/factories to achieve for timely shipment.
7. Daily basis update to M.D & other concern in own accord.
8. Co-ordination with factory team, internal communication, open minded & habituated working with multi-culture environment.
9. Capable to work under pressure.
10. Monitor the production status and progress, solve the related issue.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline

5. Additional Requirements:
   • Must be very good in communicating in fluent English.
