Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for smooth functioning and leading of Internal Audit Department of the company.
2. Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans.
3. Evaluating existing internal controls and procedures to ensure company has adequate controls and systems to safeguard its assets.
4. Obtain, analyses and evaluate accounting documentation, data, flowcharts, etc.
5. Identify gaps and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings.
6. Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding sector's rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards.
7. Conduct compliance audit to ensure all the departments are adhering to stipulated regulatory and reporting guidelines.
8. Ensure day to day payments and financial & management activities of the company are as per rules and accurately supported by laws.
9. Prepare and Audit Financial Statements as per requirements of regulators (BAS, IAS etc).
10. Ensure that FS are prepared as per IFRS & BFRS.
11. Ensure the related compliances including Taxes, VAT, IDRA requirements etc.
12. Carry out other responsibilities assigned by the Board.

Academic Qualifications:

• Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• Concentration/Major: Masters /MBA in Accounting or Finance or related field.

Professional Certifications:

• CA-CC (CL) Preferred.
