Responsible for overseeing daily hub operations, including parcel sorting, dispatch, rider coordination, and inventory control. Ensures on-time delivery, team performance, cost efficiency, and compliance with company SOPs while maintaining service quality and safety standards.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Managing Hub workforces in driving shift with efficiency and productivity.
- Implementing new process and maintaining existing process for smooth operations.
- Ensuring inbound and reverse packages timely.
- Maintaining hub parcel Inventory, delivery success rate, delivery conversion rate.
- Ensuring hub compliance at all aspects.
- Connect with concerned stake holders for all the hub administrative issues and further resolutions.
- Keeping other activities aligned according to supervisor.
- Ensuring regular pickup, connect with merchant for regular pickup, regular return closing.
- Ensuring same day 100% cash deposit and reconciliation.
- Ensuring maximum rider attendance in Hub.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
