We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Incharge – Cutting to join our well-reputed Garments Group. The position is responsible for planning, controlling, and supervising all cutting room operations to ensure accurate cutting, optimum fabric utilization, and on-time production support while maintaining required quality standards and efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Plan, organize, and supervise all cutting room activities to meet production schedules.
2. Ensure accurate fabric cutting according to approved markers, patterns, and specifications.
3. Monitor fabric utilization, minimize wastage, and ensure cost efficiency.
4. Coordinate with IE, Production, and Merchandising teams for smooth workflow.
5. Maintain cutting quality standards and ensure compliance with buyer requirements.
6. Supervise cutting room manpower and ensure proper allocation of duties.
7. Ensure proper fabric inspection, shade grouping, and bundle preparation.
8. Maintain cutting records, reports, and daily production updates.
9. Ensure safety, housekeeping, and compliance with company policies.
10. Troubleshoot cutting-related issues and implement corrective actions promptly.

Academic Qualifications:

• HSC
• Concentration/Major: HSC or Equivalent Course
