Responsible for processing monthly payroll accurately and on time, maintaining employee salary and attendance records, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws, preparing payroll reports, and coordinating with HR and Finance to resolve payroll-related issues. Requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in Excel/payroll software, and the ability to handle confidential employee information.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll accurately and within deadlines.
- Maintain employee salary, attendance, leave, and overtime records.
- Calculate salaries, bonuses, incentives, deductions, taxes, and final settlements.
- Ensure payroll complies with company policies and labor laws.
- Update employee payroll data and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare payroll reports and salary-related documentation.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance for payroll processing and issue resolution.
- Respond to employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies.
- Support payroll audits and ensure confidentiality of payroll information.
- Assist in payroll system updates and process improvements.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
