Roles and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the daily official activities, schedules, meetings, appointments, and engagements of the Board Office.
- Prepare and coordinate Board meeting agendas, briefing notes, presentations, reports, minutes, and action trackers.
- Serve as a professional coordination point between the Board of Directors, Chairman’s Office, Managing Director, Directors, C-Suite executives, HODs, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure timely follow-up and reporting on decisions, directives, and action points originating from the Board and Senior Management.
- Support the Board Office in strategic projects, management reviews, corporate events, and special assignments.
- Maintain highly confidential records relating to corporate strategy, business performance, organizational matters, and Board decisions.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including venue, participants, documents, presentations, and post-meeting follow-up.
- Prepare executive-level MIS, dashboards, summaries, and briefing materials as required.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, official visits, and other executive arrangements when required.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc)
- Concentration/Major: MBA in Marketing / BSc in Chemical Technical/Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
