Chic Wings (BD) Ltd., a fast-growing company in the apparel and fashion industry, is looking for dynamic, enthusiastic, and career-oriented individuals to join as Management Trainee Officers (MTOs). This position is designed to groom future leaders by providing hands-on experience across various departments including operations, merchandising, supply chain, and business development. The selected candidates will undergo a structured training program aimed at developing managerial and leadership skills in a fast-paced business environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Assist in Recruitment and Selection activities for worker level employment in the factory.
2. Head Count and absent report Check.
3. To build up smooth relationships with workers & floor staff.
4. Find out the improvement areas in HR and admin-related activities on the floor and recommend possible solutions.
5. Maintained HR database prepared & issued ID cards for workers.
6. To assist with attendance reports, leave records, salary and OT sheets.
7. To ensure workplace safety, cleaning & hygiene matters of the factory.
8. Any other task assigned by the management.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
