Abul Khair Group is seeking dynamic, result-oriented, and self-motivated individuals for the position of Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Sales. The role is designed to develop future sales leaders through structured training, field exposure, and hands-on experience in market operations. Selected candidates will work closely with the sales team to drive business growth, manage client relationships, and ensure effective distribution and market expansion.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets and drive business growth in the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers and key customers.
• Ensure effective market coverage, product availability and brand visibility.
• Monitor competitor activities and share timely market insights.
• Execute promotional campaigns and sales activities as per company strategy.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and market visit documentation.
• Ensure timely collection and compliance with company policies.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
