Arrow Footwear Limited, a 100% export-oriented and fully compliant footwear manufacturer, is looking for an experienced and skilled professional to join its Accounts & Finance Department. The ideal candidate will have strong financial knowledge, analytical skills, and a professional mindset to support day-to-day accounting and financial operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Overseeing the day-to-day operation & activities of all accounts and financial information system.
2. To monitor the overall recording process, preparation of Profit & Loss Account and Balance sheet.
3. Develop and implement effective tax strategies to minimize the company`s tax liabilities while ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
4. Ensuring that the company is fully compliant with Taxation, RJSC, and Internal and External audits.
5. Clear knowledge on LC .
6. Liaising with all relevant Departments and Business Units on a range of issues.
7. Ensuring the recording of all purchases and relevant expenses.
8. Ensuring proper recording for LATR opening, settlement and bank interest.
9. Ensuring Foreign Exchange gain loss calculation and recording.
10. Ensure Bank Reconciliation.
11. Preparing, examining and analyzing accounting records, financial statements and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
12. Ensuring compliance with tax and VAT deduction at source and other tax requirements.
13. Ensuring reconciliation of client`s ledger and confirmation of balance.
14. Monitor the whole accounts and finance requirements of selected concern.
15. Provide Budgets, Financial Reports and Financial Trends in order to assist the Management.
16. Meeting all the official Accounting documents & statutory Auditing requirements including internal audits by implementing functional systems, monitoring and achieving cost reduction.
17. Analyzing and coordinating proper mix of Equity & debt fund requirements.
18. Cost Benefit Analysis of each activity in business Processes, identifying vital and critical processes to operate at optimum Cost.
19. Any other responsibilities assigned by the top management.

Academic Qualifications:

• Master of Commerce (Mcom)
• Concentration/Major: M.com/MBA in Accounting or Finance or related field.
