The company is looking for a dynamic candidate for the position of Manager- Finance & Accounts.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local accounting standards.
• Ensure timely closing of books of accounts.
• Oversee ledger maintenance, journal entries, reconciliations, and adjustments.
• Lead the annual budgeting process.
• Develop periodic financial forecasts.
• Analyze variances between actual results and budget, and provide actionable insights.
• Monitor and control costs, conduct product costing and profitability analysis.
• Supervise preparation of standard costing and variance analysis.
• Provide management with cost-related insights to support pricing and efficiency decisions.
• Manage day-to-day cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity.
• Forecast cash requirements and optimize fund utilization.
• Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Ensure accurate and timely filing of VAT, Income Tax, and other statutory returns.
• Liaise with tax consultants, auditors, and regulators.
• Keep the company compliant with all financial laws and regulations in Bangladesh.

Academic Qualifications:

• Master of Business Administration (MBA)
