- Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law, buyer codes, and audits
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
- Manage factory administration, security, transport, and canteen
- Coordinate training, performance appraisal, and HR policies
- Liaise with management, government offices, and external agencies
Academic Qualifications:
- Master of Arts (MA)
