Epyllion Group is looking for an experienced and dynamic Manager – Maintenance to oversee maintenance operations, ensure smooth functioning of machinery and equipment, minimize downtime, and maintain a safe and efficient production environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute the departmental strategy aligned with corporate objectives, focusing on operational excellence, life-cycle asset management, and the long-term reliability of plant infrastructure and utilities;
2. Lead the entire Maintenance & Utility function by setting performance goals (KPIs), driving a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement, and ensuring optimal resource allocation (including manpower, budget, and tools);
3. Oversee CAPEX and OPEX budgeting for the department, including justification of investments in new technologies, major overhauls, and energy-saving initiatives to ensure cost-effectiveness and strong ROI;
4. Govern the Asset Management Program, including criticality analysis, preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, and spare parts inventory management, to maximize equipment up time and lifespan while minimizing total cost of ownership;
5. Ensure full regulatory, safety, and environmental compliance for all electrical, mechanical, and utility systems, serving as the primary point of contact for audits and certifications;
6. Drive innovation and digital transformation initiatives within the department by evaluating and implementing advanced solutions (e.g., CMMS/EAM upgrades, IIoT, and energy management systems) to enhance efficiency and data-driven decision-making;
7. Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with Production, Projects, EHS, and Finance departments to support new projects, minimize operational disruptions, and achieve shared business goals;
8. Manage vendor and contractor relationships for major servicing, projects, and technical support, including negotiation and enforcement of Service-Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure quality and cost standards are met;
9. Develop talent and succession plans for the department by mentoring managers and high-potential employees, conducting performance reviews, and organizing training programs to build a capable and motivated team;
10. Report to senior management on departmental performance, critical risks, project status, and strategic initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to support informed business decision-making.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Concentration/Major: BSc/MSc in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

   • Ability to develop maintenance budgets, control costs, and manage spare parts inventory effectively.
   • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies will be an added advantage.
   • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
   • Proficient in MS Office applications and maintenance management systems (CMMS/ERP).
   • Capable of working under pressure and ensuring uninterrupted factory operations.
   • Experience in compliance-oriented manufacturing environments will be highly preferred.
