Dekko Accessories Limited, a sister concern of Dekko Group, is seeking qualified and experienced finance professionals for the position of Manager / Senior Manager – Financial Reporting. The role will be based at the Head Office, Dhaka, and will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting management with timely and reliable financial information.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS, local laws, and company policies.
2. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to management, board, and external stakeholders.
3. Oversee general ledger activities, journal entries, account reconciliations, and closing processes.
4. Coordinate with external auditors, regulatory bodies, banks, and tax authorities to ensure smooth audits and compliance.
5. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including VAT, Tax, Customs, and other regulatory reporting.
6. Develop and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
7. Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to aid management decision-making.
8. Review cost structures, profitability analysis, and operational financial performance.
9. Provide guidance and supervision to finance team members, ensuring skill development and performance improvement.
10. Assist management in financial planning, policy development, and process improvement initiatives.
11. Ensure compliance with group reporting requirements and timely submission of financial data to Dekko Group.

Academic Qualifications:

• Master of Commerce (Mcom)
• Concentration/Major: Masters in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration

Professional Certifications:

• CA / CMA / ACCA (Final or Qualified)
