Maxime Expo Apparels Ltd., a leading export-oriented garments manufacturer, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager/Sr. Manager -Accounts & Finance to oversee its financial operations. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing the company's financial health, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting strategic business decisions through accurate financial analysis and reporting.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure accuracy in general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Maintain compliance with local and international accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
• Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts in coordination with department heads.
• Monitor budget variances and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Analyze production costs, overheads, and operational expenses.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and support management in decision-making.
• Cash Flow & Fund Management
• Manage daily cash flow and liquidity requirements.
• Ensure timely disbursement of payments, including supplier payments, payroll, and tax obligations.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits.
• Ensure timely submission of tax returns and compliance with VAT, Income Tax, and other regulatory requirements.
• ERP & Accounting System Oversight
• Supervise the maintenance and operation of accounting and ERP systems.
• Ensure accurate data entry and system-generated reports.
• Supervise and mentor finance and accounts staff.
• Assign tasks, review performance, and support professional development.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, regulatory bodies, and other financial institutions.
• Coordinate with internal departments for financial planning and analysis.

Academic Qualifications:

• Master of Commerce (Mcom)
• Concentration/Major: Accounting/Finance/Management
