Manager / Sr. Manager – Production will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end production operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, delivery schedules, and efficiency are achieved. The role includes managing production teams, optimizing manpower and resources, monitoring workflow, minimizing production losses, and coordinating with merchandising, quality, IE, and other departments to ensure smooth and timely production.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle all types of production issues, coordinate section by section, and especially focus on the sewing and finishing section.
• Deal with garment mills, vendors, buyer QC, and laundries for product improvement, and conduct on-site training for related partners to accomplish the wash approval process and standard.
• Work closely with the production team from the development stage to foresee production bottlenecks and quality problems, and troubleshoot them.
• Follow supplier’s final piece-by-piece garment checks, ensure conformity with buyer quality requirements, and check the level of garments being prepared for QCC 1 checks.
• Evaluate laundries, prepare reports, and upgrade them as per company standards and SOPs.
• Upgrade the technical data sheet, work on different projects, and present those to stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Control the audit assessment process of the washing units.
• Analyze risks of new wash effects to foresee potential problems, and work on alternative solutions regarding recipes, work methods, or suppliers to achieve the best wash results within the best quality, lead-time, and price.
• Prepare a schedule, plan the daily work for the wet and dry process, and delegate the work depending on workload and priority requirements.
• Conduct pre-production meetings with the merchandising team, buyer representatives, and QA department to take over the job as per the style.
• Follow-up effectively on materials inventory, production process, quality standards, and team performance, and ensure that products and procedures are on time and of good quality.
• Take responsibility for bulk approval, bulk production, coordination, and sampling.
• Lead the whole production and manufacturing process. Plan day-to-day production to meet customer delivery dates, implement customer requirements, and focus on them.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
