Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Provide first aid and basic medical care to employees during working hours
2. Assist the company doctor in medical examinations and treatments
3. Maintain accurate medical records, reports, and employee health files
4. Monitor and manage the stock of medicines and medical supplies
5. Respond promptly to workplace injuries and emergency situations
6. Support regular health check-ups and awareness programs for employees
7. Ensure cleanliness and proper functioning of the medical room
8. Coordinate with HR and management on employee health and safety issues
9. Follow workplace health, hygiene, and safety regulations
10. Refer serious cases to hospitals or specialized medical services when necessary
11. Maintain audit compliance (BSCI, SEDEX, CTPAT).

Academic Qualifications:

• Diploma in Medical
• Concentration/Major: Diploma in MATS
