We are seeking a competent and result-oriented professional for the position of Merchandiser/Senior Merchandiser – Denim & Woven Garments, responsible for handling buyer communication, product development, costing, sampling, order execution, production follow-up, and timely shipment to ensure buyer satisfaction and business growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prepare garment costing, including fabric, sewing accessories, fusing, printing, embroidery, washing, and packaging costs.
• Coordinate with buyers to understand order requirements, specifications, technical details, and delivery schedules.
• Source, develop, and follow up on sewing accessories, fusing materials, and packaging items to ensure timely availability.
• Coordinate sample development, including proto samples, fit samples, size sets, salesman samples, and pre-production samples, as required by buyers.
• Follow up on sample approvals, comments, and revisions to ensure timely submission and buyer approval.
• Prepare and follow up on trims and accessories approvals, lab dips, strike-offs, and other required development materials.
• Coordinate with the Production, Planning, Quality, Sourcing, and Commercial departments to ensure smooth order execution.
• Monitor production progress from order confirmation to final shipment and ensure on-time delivery.
• Follow up on fabric and accessories in-house status, cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing activities.
• Ensure that production materials, approved samples, and packaging specifications are available before bulk production.
• Maintain order status reports, costing sheets, T&A plans, sample records, and other merchandising documents.
• Communicate with buyers and suppliers regularly to resolve order-related issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Ensure product quality, buyer requirements, cost efficiency, and shipment deadlines are maintained.
• Perform other merchandising-related duties assigned by management.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Concentration/Major: BSc in Textile Engineering, Apparel Merchandising
