We are looking for a skilled and experienced Molding CNC Machine Technician to operate, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair CNC molding machines and related equipment. The candidate will ensure smooth production operations, machine efficiency, quality standards, and preventive maintenance activities within the factory.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Operate and maintain CNC molding machines efficiently.
2. Perform troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
3. Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
4. Set up machine parameters according to production requirements.
5. Monitor machine performance and ensure minimum downtime.
6. Ensure product quality by maintaining accurate machine settings and calibration.
7. Support production team during machine setup, mold changing, and trial runs.
8. Maintain proper maintenance records, checklists, and reports.
9. Coordinate with production and quality departments for smooth operations.
10. Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company policies.
11. Handle emergency machine breakdowns effectively.
12. Maintain spare parts inventory and report requirements to management.

Academic Qualifications:

• Diploma in Mechanical Eng.
• Concentration/Major: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Mechatronics Engineering.

Professional Certifications:

• Technical certification in CNC machine operation or maintenance will be an added advantage.

   • Basic computer knowledge for maintenance reporting.
   • Teamwork and communication skills.
