Tanzila Textile Ltd is seeking a dedicated Welfare Officer to ensure the well-being and welfare of its employees. The role focuses on promoting a healthy work environment, addressing employee concerns, implementing welfare programs, and supporting organizational policies to enhance overall workforce satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be proactive, empathetic, and capable of fostering a positive and safe workplace culture.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and support employee welfare, ensuring a safe, healthy, and positive work environment.
2. Address and resolve employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
3. Plan, implement, and manage welfare programs, including health, recreational, and social activities.
4. Coordinate with management and HR to promote employee engagement and satisfaction.
5. Maintain accurate records of welfare activities, incidents, and employee feedback.
6. Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
7. Provide guidance and support on workplace health, safety, and well-being initiatives.
8. Conduct regular inspections and assessments of workplace facilities and amenities.
9. Organize training sessions and awareness programs related to employee welfare and rights.
10. Act as a liaison between management and employees to foster trust and open communication.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Concentration/Major: Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in any discipline
