The Officer (Admin & Compliance) is responsible for supporting administrative operations and ensuring compliance with company policies, labor laws, buyer requirements, and regulatory standards. The role involves maintaining compliance documentation, coordinating audits and inspections, monitoring workplace practices, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth factory operations. The incumbent works closely with HR, production, and management teams to promote a safe, compliant, and efficient working environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining compliance with buyer requirements, company policies, Labour Law & Rules.
- Support preparation and updating of compliance documents (policies, registers, checklists, audit files).
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure workplace standards (safety, hygiene, discipline).
- Assist during internal, external, and buyer audits (documentation, file arrangement, data support).
- Maintain employee records, attendance data, and personnel files in an organised manner.
- Support factory administration tasks (Security, housekeeping, office maintenance).
- Monitor health & safety practices and report non-compliance issues to seniors.
- Assist in grievance handling and worker welfare-related activities.
- Prepare reports, minutes of meetings, and official correspondence.
- Ensure proper documentation of licenses, certificates, and statutory requirements.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
