Arrow Footwear Limited is seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced Officer–Commercial to support and coordinate commercial operations, including import/export documentation, customs and regulatory compliance, liaison with banks and government authorities, and timely execution of commercial activities. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure smooth supply chain and business operations while maintaining compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle all import and export commercial activities.
• Prepare and process LC, PI, EXP, UD, Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, GSP, Certificate of Origin, and other commercial documents.
• Coordinate with Banks, Customs, C&F Agents, Freight Forwarders, Association, EPB, and related authorities.
• Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely execution of export/import operations.
• Maintain commercial files, records, and reports.
• Follow up on customs clearance and shipping documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Bank regulations, bonded warehouse rules, and export-import procedures.

Academic Qualifications:

• Master of Commerce (Mcom)
• Concentration/Major: M.com/MBA in Accounting or Finance or related field.
