Kazi Farms Group is looking for an Officer/Executive – Chicks & Feed Sales to support sales and distribution of day-old chicks and poultry feed. The role involves developing and maintaining relationships with poultry farmers/dealers, achieving sales targets, taking orders, monitoring market demand, and providing basic product-related support to customers. Candidates should have good communication, sales, and relationship-management skills, with willingness to travel in assigned areas.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Achieve monthly sales targets, coordinate with dealers, agents and farmers to accomplish target sales.
2. Ensure maximum selling pricing of chicks and feed to enhance profitability.
3. Identify new business opportunities and create new customers to increase sales volume and revenue.
4. Work closely with dealers and customers to ensure on-time credit realization.
5. Visit farmers regularly; guide them to manage flock health, and provide medication, if necessary.
6. Develop and maintain long term relationships with dealers and farmers to ensure customer retention.
7. Conduct market analysis, collect performance reports of competitors, be aware of competitor`s growth and set strategies to gain higher market share.
8. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales report and provide updates to the Line Manager timely.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline

5. Additional Requirements:
   • Prior working experience in poultry, fertilizer, pesticide and animal health sales operations will be preferred.
   • Adequate knowledge of geographical areas in Bangladesh.
   • Have excellent computer operating skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
   • Experience in dealing with dealers, agents etc.
   • Have good communication, selling, negotiation and persuasive skills.
