The Officer – Internal Audit is responsible for assisting in the execution of internal audit activities across manufacturing units and corporate functions of the RMG group. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with company policies, internal controls, statutory requirements, and industry standards. The position supports risk assessment, process improvement, cost control, and operational efficiency while safeguarding company assets and promoting good governance within the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Advance & immediate Payment Process Audit through vouching & cheque Register Audit.
2. Party payment process audit.
3. Logistic Bill like Inspection bill & Transport bill, shipping bill audit for Import & Export.
4. Operational Expenses Bill like Head Office petty cash expense & audit.
5. Local Purchase bill audit (Considering Approval Po, Bill, Delivery Challan, Gate & Store Entry.)
6. Civil Construction, Repairs & maintenance, Erection & project bill audit.
7. Operational Activity (Inventory Control, Utility & consumables bills, Lab test & courier bill audit.
8. Commercial Activities audit (Local sales /Direct Export/Deemed Export) bill & payment receive & AR audit.
9. Payroll cost audit (wages, salary & OT, earn leave encashment, Final settlement & maternity bill).
10. Conducted any assignment assigned by management time to time.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
• Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration
