Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain the QMS in line with applicable standards such as ISO 9001.
- Ensure quality procedures, policies, manuals, and work instructions are current and properly controlled.
- Monitor compliance with applicable customer, statutory, regulatory, and industry requirements.
- Ensure required records and evidence of compliance are maintained.
- Plan and conduct internal QMS audits.
- Coordinate customer, certification, and regulatory audits.
- Track audit findings and ensure corrective actions are completed effectively.
- Control QMS documents, revisions, approvals, distribution, and obsolete versions.
- Ensure quality records are properly maintained, protected, and retrievable.
- Manage nonconformities, customer complaints, and quality issues.
- Lead or coordinate root-cause analysis (RCA) and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Verify the effectiveness of corrective actions.
- Identify and assess quality-related risks and opportunities.
- Coordinate risk mitigation and monitor the effectiveness of controls.
- Establish and monitor quality objectives and KPIs.
- Analyze quality data, trends, defects, complaints, and process performance.
- Report QMS performance to senior management.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce defects, waste, and customer complaints.
- Promote quality improvement methodologies such as PDCA, 5 Why, Pareto analysis, and FMEA, where appropriate.
- Identify quality-related training requirements.
- Ensure employees understand applicable quality procedures, responsibilities, and objectives.
- Promote a culture of quality throughout the organization.
- Support supplier evaluation, qualification, monitoring, and performance improvement.
- Address supplier-related quality problems.
- Monitor customer feedback and complaints.
- Analyze trends and coordinate actions to improve customer satisfaction.
- Prepare QMS performance information for management review.
- Follow up on management-review decisions and action items.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc)
- Concentration/Major: BSc in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Related

- Additional Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes and quality-control systems.
- Practical experience in internal audits, CAPA, root-cause analysis, SOP development, and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of relevant ISO/QMS requirements; ISO 9001 experience/certification will be an advantage.
- Experience dealing with customer/brand audits and quality compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and leadership skills.Good command of English.
- Proficiency in MS Office and quality reporting/data-analysis tools.
