Zaber & Zubair Fabrics Limited, a sister concern of Zaber & Zubair Group, is seeking a dedicated Quality Incharge to oversee fabric quality inspection and control processes, ensuring compliance with buyer standards, internal quality procedures, and production requirements to deliver defect-free products and support continuous quality improvement.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct incoming raw material inspections and ensure compliance with specifications
• Monitor fabric production at different stages (weaving, dyeing, finishing, printing) for quality standards
• Perform in-line and final inspections to identify defects and prevent rework
• Ensure adherence to buyer requirements, fabric testing standards, and internal SOPs
• Coordinate with production, QA, and maintenance teams to resolve quality issues
• Record inspection results and prepare daily/weekly quality reports
• Implement corrective actions for non-conformities and track improvement
• Maintain fabric quality records, test reports, and sample logs
• Support laboratory testing, color matching, and shade approval processes
• Train and guide QC staff on inspection methods and quality awareness
• Participate in internal and external audits and ensure compliance
• Ensure proper handling and storage of samples, and maintain quality documentation

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Concentration/Major: Diploma/BSc in Textile or Related Field
